I have to give you my applause on this sauce..OK? Good Job. I make my meatballs almost like you did but after cooking them a little.I put ,Red Rose Wine all over the meatballs until its soaked in with the sauce.. I let the meatballs cook on med. first for about 2 hrs, and then put the heat on LOW for about 4hrs and they just melt in your mouth.. My Grand mother was from Italy and she taught my mother all about cooking the sauce and her meatballs Just makes your mouth water for this dinner to be served.
