- He was born on Nov. 14, 2012. He was about one month old at this time.
His mother is Kiki (12 years old) and father is Borneo (27 years old).
They are in Tama Zoo, Tokyo.

2012年11月14日生まれで、生後1ヶ月くらいの映像です。
母親はキキ(12歳)、父親はボルネオ(27歳)です。

She doesn't like people all over him,she may feel like people want to take her to r hold her and she won't tolerate anyone else even touching him at all..she knows he is so precious and she is going to do everything in her power to protect him until he starts to venture off a little

Most of the videos I watch where a female Orang, with a baby, looks unhappy and bored when kept in a Zoo environment. In the wild she would be moving about the tree tops looking for food, making a nest or relaxing while raising her baby. If you watch enough of these, you will start to see the difference.
It is a sin taking these wonderful creatures out of the forest and sticking them in a non activity box, for sure. When you see the mothers with their infants you realize there is no substitute for a real mother, as much as humans try to fool themselves into believing. I understand that deforestation displaces many of these and that unscrupulous native people often kill mothers to scoop up the babies to sell to supplement their income, so man has to step in and take over at some point to try and make right the terrible wrong we do. But I sure feel bad for those few who get stuck in a zoo for our pleasure. You can see how abject and depressed they look.
Orangutan moms are the best. A little privacy for the nursing baby.

Was that a piece of crap she spit out? That’s something you see them do in the zoo that I don’t think they do in the wild, eating there crap that is.
Prisoners are known to do this sometimes in solitary confinement.
Riki is a cute baby and is sweet while he is young but when he gets to be a “teenager” he becomes a hellion, just wait and see.

Comment peut on apres chasser et tuer ces merveilleux animaux de leur habitats naturel que sont les Oran outan on peut les parquer dans des endroits aussi sordide ??
