They should more focus on foreign skilled worker.. They are just making a skilled do a normal labour jobs.. They are short of labours and trying to fill that labour gap with immigrants and mostly filled by international students.. You can make your future bright anywhere .. its your choice if you want to leave everything in your home country and then want to struggle in canada alone.. This is a myth that you will come to canada and you will become rich... not at all.. Canada right now just looking to fill labour shortage and you have to struggle for a normal part time job even if you have so many years of experience in your home country.. So, do research and take the right decision..

All graduates must study and pass NCLEX exam to receive provincial nursing license. With license, you can look for work in hospitals in the province. Avoid Quebec because it requires an additional French language test for licensure. Prerequisites: English, Math, Biology, Chemistry.
Registered Nurses are in demand. So many nurses quitted the occupation due to burnout and raising their own children. Younger ones can work in USA for more money.

To apply for OINP, if you work in GTA (Greater Toronto Area), your employer needs to be in business for 3 years at the time of application, with 5 full-time employees, annual gross revenue of 1 million; and conducted reasonable recruitment effort of locals before hiring you. If you work outside of GTA, it is minimum of 3 full-time employees and annual gross revenue of 500,000. Even if you qualify for OINP, there are so many applicants, you may not get picked. In the end of 2022, 51% (412k) of Canada's international students are in Ontario, fighting for jobs and housing.
