Yeah, tmz released the new when she was like one month pregnant. And tmz rarely makes mistakes.
It was all rumors, no one knew it for sure. She didn’t have everything about her pregnancy leaked, but people tried to leak, but with not much success, it was all rumors after rumors.
Every website was publishing the news, and there were many estimates about her due date and that she had delivered, although there was no proof, everyone knew it was true. Even when Khloe and Kim were asked about the pregnancy, they kept quiet, they didn't say no, so everybody knew.
TBH I guess it was more to avoid the typical backlash from haters. Without any proof or confirmation no one had a chance to really say anything. Disclosuring it after birth, the wild speculations didn't last long because all the attention went to the baby.
