What do you think makes Loxias_Crown_AKA_Hunger better and different from Morbius? Who do you think would win between them?
I think the difference is that Crown/Hunger can create an army of "VAMPIRES" like himself very quickly AND control them effortlessly... But grows weaker whenever they are destroyed and as a result, must retreat to fight another day when this happens. As for how he would fare against Morbius? I'm not sure. Perhaps it would be too much of an even match?

So basically Crown is a dark force vampire and also a Hydra leader that tried to own New York mobsters. That would've been a lot better than what they went with Milo in the movie.
They could've used the whole dark force plot to connect to Shriek and introduce Demogoblin later on. They could've even used that to explain Morbius odd shadow powers that allow him to fly and all that.
They could've also shown Crown going up against mobsters to introduce other characters such as Hammerhead and Mr. Negative, maybe even having Crown to be the one turning Lee.
