when I was in BCC band we were disciplined but at the same time we were loose we had fun
well when he say show time he really means that is really all they have to offer

Okay my thing is no one really understands BCU....This may not be their best but I say they really put their thing down at the Florida classic when their battling FAMU....
I love how far the band has come love what Dr Wells has instilled in his students but it's one thing the band lacks it's what we call in The band world ELECTRICITY
+Maurice Brown exactly...while it was good to see that the band changed when Wells took over in 97-98, the band is still the same since that time. While the sound separates them from many of the other marching bands out there, the energy and band structure limits them considerably. They gotta do like you said...get loose, and also get some woodwinds out there that can play.
They have been brass heavy for almost 20 years now.

nah , they have extreme balance and contrast , thing is they can pay but they dont over power like famu does with woodwinds
Top 3 band for QC 2015: Miles, A&T, BCU Predicted Top 3 for QC 2016 in 4 months: SU, A&T, whoever the 7th or 8th band is

Killa Kev Productions man I commend you my brotha,I recorded bcu last game against morgan st on page and I tried recording it on Manuel mode also with canon t5i(rode mic) and well......let's just say I forgot to keep turning the dial,lol. If I go to the Florida Classic I'm taking my sony a6000 and see if there's a difference
Yeah man it's definitely a lot more work and a lot more paying attention to detail especially if you're unfamiliar with it.

Montrell L I'm in the band. We have over 400 songs in our vault plus new ones. It's just he pulls out the same 30 every year because that's what bcu home crowd likes to hear.

No exaclly. Look at the progress now, bcu is far ahead now. Don't mess with the method if it's still good. Fam will comeback but probably not as strong as the past because it's bcu time to shine.
