I'm going to form an LLC to protect myself. each property has between 500 and 1.5 million in equity. should I just create on LLC and get umbrella insurance or form one LLC for each property and get umbrella insurance? thank you for your help. your videos are the best I've found. The best is to have each in its own LLC and then you can have another LLC that owns all of the other LLCs (but talk to an accountant about how to set that up best for tax purposes)
