- Krefeld is often referred to velvet and silk city in Germany, because of its economic background in the past. Here I am walking around in the city centre starting from the St. Dionysius Church on a rainy December night. You will see shopping streets and some Christmas stalls during this walk. Krefeld is located in Western Germany (North Rhine-Westphalia). The city was long known for the manufacture of silks and velvets, which was begun in the 17th and 18th centuries by Mennonite refugees. Krefeld absorbed several neighbouring towns between 1901 and 1929, including Uerdingen and its harbour. It was occupied by the Allies after World War I, from 1918 to 1926, and was severely bombed in World War II. This video walk was fully shot in 4K HDR and 60 FPS with binaural audio, hope you will enjoy! Recorded in December 2021 and the temperature was around 6 degrees Celsius. #Krefeld #Germany #Christmas #ドイツ

Alright, I got a bit confused here. Masks were mandatory, even outside - guessed it wasn't 2022 then :o)
Yea it’s one of my many leftover videos from 2021 that I’m releasing sometimes.
Krayfield?
What camera did you use?
Sony FX3
i have no idea how you managed to make this city look this good, but I live in Krefeld for over 26 years now and it might be one of the ugliest cities i‘ve ever seen lmao
Thanks so much! I just used my high-end camera and filmed the city.
