Yup, the soup really delicious especially the abalone soup and the vege soup. The fish head soup also delicious if you drink it really hot.. not so nice when it gets cold.
Don’t think you can bring it home overseas.. it comes frozen and the lid is not air tight as its meant to be frozen all the time until time to steam. It will surely mess up your checked in luggage.
Just go to NelayanKu and have it there. You cannot consume it at their outlet in Klang as that outlet is more like a supermarket and has no dine-in facility. Or if you are staying at a Airbnb, you can buy from DTS Home Mart and prepare it easily at “home”.

this shop keep on find UA-camr and hongkong actor 欢喜哥 to promote his shop…in Facebook a lot of negative comment especially on their high price…
For the record, DTS boss didn’t know I was going to film there. He just invited all his sales agents for a food tasting for their CNY promotion. I just couldn’t resist filming when I know the food is good and the company is ethical and practices sustainability.
Btw, I searched their FB .. didn’t find any negative comments about high prices!
And for the second part, DTS boss also didn’t know I intended to go and dine at NelayanKu. I went there unannounced and only told him after I left the restaurant and I paid full price just like anyone else.

DTS stuff are free from chemicals, MSG, preservatives, etc. I don’t feel thirsty after eating their stuff.
They also take food safety seriously and is able to export their products to EU countries. EU has very strict food safety regulations and they meet all those high standards. They have all the required certifications.

I always believe in free market economics. If a business over priced their goods and services, they will not have any business and close down in the long run. If they sell it too cheap, they will not be making a profit and will be busy for nothing. DTS has been around for more than 22 years and they supply to most 5 star hotels and high end seafood restaurants in the country.
They also do a lot of export to Europe and Asia as well. There are not many seafood companies that can export to the European Union as they have very strict food safety standards. DTS meet and exceed those standards.
Raymond Tea won the 2020 SOBA (Star Outstanding Business Award) for Male Entrepreneur of the Year and they have yearly revenue in the region of RM25,000,000 to RM30,000,000. In a sense DTS must be doing something right and giving consumers what they want or else they would have closed shop long ago 👇

A glass of coffee at kopitiam is RM2.00.... a coffee at Starbucks is RM10.00.... there are different price points for different markets and different target segments. One coffee at Starbucks can order 5 coffee at kopitiam.

@@florenceloh8794 my whole family there is only MYSELF AND LADY BOSS. Everybody else over there are DTS sales agent, just like me a sales agent for DTS.
I have been a DTS sales agent since MCO. What attracted me to do sales for them is very simple. During MCO, a lot of people have lost their jobs and businesses have closed. A lot of people cannot even feed themselves 2 meals a day. Many of Raymond's friends approached Raymond to ask him to let them sell fish for him so that they can earn some money to feed themselves and their families.
That was how the program to recruit independent sales agents was born…. the desire to help people. Instead of hiring salesman and paying them salaries, a program was conceived at that time to help people earn some money for living expenses and restore dignity so that people do not have to borrow / beg from others.
Two other reasons attracted me to the program. I researched and found that DTS supplied to almost all 5 star hotels in the country and high end premium seafood restaurants. I was very curious to find out why they are successful and why others failed. They focused very much on QUALITY and have full control from the breeding process until processing and delivery as they own the entire supply chain with their own farms, factory, cold trucks to do delivery. They even make their own patented fish feed rich in Omega-3. They have more than 300 workers.
Their cost is also higher than other suppliers. For example: they kill their premium fish using the Japanese method, Ikejime.
In Japan, you can only find ikejime killed fish at high end sushi restaurants as this produce the best tasting shashimi. When fish is killed this way, it is very labor intensive as each fish has to be killed individually. I can safely say most fish that is sold in our markets are killed by "suffocation" - meaning take them out of water and let them die on land. Fish (and crabs, etc) killed this way releases a lot of chemicals in their body and is not tasty.
