Recipe for 2 servings
Water 120ml
Honey 6g|1/2Tbsp
Instant yeast 2g|2/3tsp
Olive oil 15g|1Tbsp
Flour 160g|1,1/8cup
Semolina 45g|1/4cup
Salt 5g|1tsp
Canned whole tomato 300g
Olive oil 15g|1Tbsp
Salt 1/8tsp
Mozzarella cheese 400g+-
Dried oregano as needed
Bake at 250°C|480°F for 5-6minutes

Hi friends, at 6:37 in the video, the dough is rolled to a width of 24cm, not 24 inches😅. If there is no semolina, it can be replaced with the same amount of flour. Happy Baking

But I think that’s too much semolina on the pizza and on the bottom of the pizza too
It’s not good if you have too much semolina in your mouth , That gives a little off taste
Basically it ruins the taste
I still like the recipe tho😋😊

1. (透抽切片+蝦仁)1公升水7克鹽,水滾後丟下川燙加米酒40秒~1分熱水瀝乾泡冷水。
2. 4匙ciao番茄醬+羅勒+海鹽+橄欖油
3. 手粉用semolina(底層番茄醬 儂格起司3片 奧勒岡)煙燻香腸 透抽 蝦仁 黑橄欖 黑胡椒 帕瑪森起司 辣椒片。中層230度5分上層則8分。

I made it with all purpose flour but it was too sticky. So I tried another time with strong flour. But it is still sticky....
So if you want to use this recipe, I think you have to put a bit more flour than Apron wrote in the info box.

I put more flour in the second time!

This is beautiful, as all your recipes are, but this is not NY style pizza. NY style is a thinner crust with a lght crispiness to the bottom. NY style will be stiffer when you cut a slice. It's not thick and floppy. The dough you chose to make looks like a regular thickness dough and although nice, it is definately not NY style pizza.
My first mistake of watching this video: Watching it in the middle of the night.
Wait you use the same wooden spoon to measure a 1/2 Tblsp of honey and 1 Tblsp of olive oil? How does that work?
