Of course there were more than retro games--Rick even said from the start he wanted it to be MORE than retro games and wanted it to be a nostalgic event; which is PRECISELY what sold Lady Laci when he invited us out to the show; she's a toy collector through and through. Seriously, she loved the variety we saw there--we tried to show off as much as we could through our video but wow, there was so, so much to see. Some really excellent Joes on hand--seeing some childhood figures...though, mine are well played with sadly. Silverhawks cups--they'd go great with Lady Laci's Silverhawks jet! ha ha We got some great footage of the stage events from the musicians, to the POG tournament, Mario Kart finals, and the auction. So much fun to be had!
14:30 STAR BRIGADE!!!! I had 4 of those figures when I was young, including that pink and silver metalhead. I haven't seen those packaging art since I was probably 8yrs old. love it.
When I watch yr toy hunting vids I see quite a few items that I owned as a kid and had subsequently forgotten about. It's really great to be reminded of my childhood collection. It confirms my suspicions that my parents were fun and very generous to my brother and I. We have lots of awesome memories and had loads of awesome toys. 👍🤘
Love watching how you’ve grown over the years & signing random merch! Have you ever watched or met the retro video game UA-camr John Riggs? Think you’d like him & his content. I had that beast & that switch sucked lol Plus turtle Chris!
I remember having that Terminator 2 action figure that you just showed in the video me and a friend of mine had that one that you can swap out the arms
I want to go to a pog tournament! Man, I don't think anyone can understand how amazing pops were unless you were there at the time and of a certain age.
With ESB Yoda, I think the orange snake is the expensive version. Brown I believe is the more affordable ha ha. Welp, I saw 4 figures I could add to my Star Wars collection that I would have quickly dropped 20 bucks on. I've been trying to get a Blackstar figure. I thought the back pack came with Yoda.
Was that one guy passing by the table with Turtle Chris and Dan flirting with Dan's wife or was that just some kind of weird twitch he has with his eyebrows? lol 😂 5:35 - 5:50
I'm happy Hornswoggle got a WWE legends contract and they either make more figures of him or Put him in the up coming game in either story or mygm or something besides Dusty Rhodes getting used more.
I think unless you’re examining a piece for purchase and want to better judge the condition before making an offer we should otherwise not be touching old carded toys or peoples items in general. If everyone who found these items interesting touched them, that figure would be handled by 300-500 people per show? I’m not referring to the cheap $5 POTF stuff. Just a thought
Will you got to Retrofest next year?
Ok thanks
Awesome 🎉🎉🎉🎉❤😊
Where is it located, texas?
Honestly Dan, your toy hunts are the best part of my Saturday's.
Same shirt different day 😂
That looks like one of the best shows ever! Even your table had a few Mario things I still need! I wish I could've been there.

Given the history of that "droid" just being a skinless animatronic from an old ride makes it so much cooler.
Awesome job dan with the toy hunting vlog and I got giant Leonardo from birthday of party number 4 last night

Looks awesome fun time there 👍
Looks like a super fun fest!
love those retro toy hunting!!!kapow!!!!
Always fun to stumble upon Pogs!
The Toxo-Zombie is for sure my favorite GIJoe, and this convention looks awesome.
I still have my POG collection. But I haven’t played in 20+ years that I remember.
I wish some Retro Toy Fests / Cons, would come to Roanoke VA. They all look great.
That Mega Man Roll figure is awesome 😎👍 I would have bought it if I were there 😊
That Arnold imitation cracks me up
Turtle Chris is the man.....off topic.....when can we get a toy room tour?
I get on UA-cam for shoes, cars, toys, and lolcow activity 🎉🎉🎉
19:07 FYI Alex Winter produced and acts in Destroy All Neighbors, something to watch on Halloween.😉
I would have cleared the entire $6 star wars toy shelf.
When you picked up fx7 droid by the 90s gi joes that Luke in black with a poncho is part of the last 17 Star Wars figures ever made in 1985!!! 😮
I remember having that Terminator 2 action figure that you just showed in the video me and a friend of mine had that one that you can swap out the arms
Cool video and show
I honestly thought that guy at 5:35 was Michael French from Retroblasting for a few seconds!
$6 for some of those POTF figures is an insane deal! That last wave of Pote Snitkin, Deathstar Droid etc are harder to find
I want to go to a pog tournament! Man, I don't think anyone can understand how amazing pops were unless you were there at the time and of a certain age.
So glad I picked up all of the Bill and Ted line years ago because, yikes! I think I might of paid 100 bucks total for the whole line at the time.
Can I ask what display cabinets you use in your studio?
Bro!!!! I didn’t know u were a wrestler 😂 that’s amazing how often do you do that?

I have nearly every Tazos that had came out, I’m missing a few sets and some to finish some sets
Those moc figure prices were crazy...
I can't remember the last time I heard someone say oh snap
3:17 I want that Roll!!!!! Seriously if she's still available let me know!
Was that one guy passing by the table with Turtle Chris and Dan flirting with Dan's wife or was that just some kind of weird twitch he has with his eyebrows? lol 😂 5:35 - 5:50

Orange snake Yoda’s price is getting high💰
Be patient when buying vintage toys especially star wars, 100's of those of these thing have been made , don't pay $100 for yoda.
The only storm shadow I had was the ninja force figure. It's not the best though, 84 fig is easily the best.

$100 for yoda complete is way over priced.
I need your book
