Kiitos oikein hyvästä ja miellyttävästi esitetystä videosta. Hienoja esimerkkejä. I am studying SFBT at the moment in Finland. Happy new year!

What is a recommended way, tools, resource to learn how to ask useful questions?

My first question would be about how to close the session from a SF aproach? What is the most recomended way or ways of going about closing the session?

      Some ideas:
      1) "We are at/near the end of the session, would you like to talk again?" or "I've run out of questions, how would you like to move forward from here?"
      2) "Is there anything I should have asked / anything I missed / anything you wanted to say?"
      3) "Is there something you heard yourself say that pleased you / you found useful?" Or, "Of all of the things you heard yourself say, which do you think will make the most difference to you?"
      4) "On a scale of 1 to 10, where 10 is feeling totally heard and understood and 1 is the opposite, how do you feel I served you today?"
      5) And if the client indicates a desire to return, you could say, "I would like to invite you notice between now and the next time we talk, what's been better. I will likely ask you that question the next time we see each other."
You want to avoid "giving homework" and be careful about using compliments as it potentially leads to a judgement of behavior.
