I wish you can cook on the "three stone fire" using either wood or bamboo wouldn't that gave the food a nice smoky flavor lol - I heard of Caura river and the Guanapo Gorges not the river. Real enjoyable video - I learn few cooking tips. My next visit to Trinidad will be to this river as well as Caura.
So as you on the topic of the folks that deliberately mashing up the rivers. My family was there some time ago and I am pretty sure was the same off road people. Their excuse was they were making a music video, mind you the people were Kaitlyn and Kaylee Sultan and family who did that. There was a big cuss out cause oeiple were fedup of them going up the river at different times the river did take as long as you said to clear. They're really heartless. The quarry people out some material to block them but they moved it and still continue to go boldface.
