Dalits are not Shudras. Dalits were the people who were kept out of society/village for some kind of punishment. For example if the society thinks that a woman is cheating on her husband, they may kick her out of village and thus she will become a Dalit who used to live outside of the border of a village and were treated as the lowest of creatures and would never be able to live a normal life like other villagers.

The fact is Sanatana Dharma is very complicated nobody knows fully, in Sanatana Dharma even if you are not doing any divinal activities or worship but living a simple life.. doing good, thinking good and saying good will lead to moksha.
