Steven - I was led to believe thru my partner that after your engage with a rather large public company thru signing NDA , I assume the due diligence/ market testing can be time consuming and there may be a long period of non communication. Is this something you are familiar with?

Steve did you read between the final lines on the contract before you sign any agreement license to a company. No they're not just using your product but they basically stole your ideal license to their company that's not good Steve. It just to show me you're not the only one that got scammed intriguing you to sign over the license agreement contract. You got to read the fine print do you have a law. I'm making any license agreement to any company you should have had a lawyer for that reason and have the lawyer go over everything you need to know before signing the license agreement to any company. Remember one thing it's a lesson fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me

lol I’m sure he had a lawyer. It gets cut off at the ends but I think what we don’t hear is that because they breached the contract they lost exclusivity but still wanted to use his labels and pay him for what they did sell, but also, Steve got to license it to others now as well. Bonus.
