- Hello everyone! Our video this time is about our visit to Sommières, south of France, in March 2022.

This time we took a three night trip around Uzès. The town of Sommières, which we visited on the afternoon of the second day.

Sommières is a town of about 7,000 people located between Nimes and Montpellier, and although the shopping streets were busy, once you entered the back streets away from the centre, the atmosphere was quiet, as if you were visiting a small French village.
The retro facades of the buildings in the shopping street made me want to take pictures of each one.
This time we shot a video centred on a walk around the town, but we also included a break in a café and a dinner with cheese and other products I bought at the morning market in Uzès after I got home, so I hope you enjoy it all the way.

南フランスには美しい街がほんと沢山あるんですね！
ますます南フランスの魅力に嵌り行きたくなりました。
ソミエールの商店街も中世の街並みが色濃く残ってる感じがして、素敵ですね💞
街自体が歴史を感じまるでタイムスリップしたかのように、ワクワクした感じで私も一緒にお城への道を歩いてる感じでした（笑）
上に住んでる人達は歩くのがかなり大変でしょうね〜。
聖ポン教会⛪色鮮やかに美しく塗られた壁や柱等が綺麗で、またそれがなんとも言えない温かみを感じる教会になってる気がしました。またステンドグラスが光にあたりとても綺麗でしたね🌟🌟
ラクレットチーズ美味しそう😋生ハムやじゃがいもにかけて〜もう見てるだけで、すごく食べたくなりました(笑)
またデザートのケーキがお花のように可愛くて、美味しそうでした😋

南フランスには本当にたくさん美しい街がありますよね！行くところがなくなったららどうしようなんてよく考えることもあるのですが、旅に出ると通りがかったここも、あそこも行ってみたい！ともっと行きたいところが増えます😅
上に住んでいる人は下まで歩いてくるのが大変ですよね！
教会は正直全く期待していなくて、入ってみたら色使いもステンドグラスも本当に素敵でもっと長くいたかったです。
ラクレット、おいしかったですよ😋
旅先で購入したものを夜にラクレットで食べることができるだなんてとても幸せです。
わたしは動画を編集しながら、よくお腹が空いていました（なぜかあのラクレットのシーンを編集していたのは夜中だったんです😅）

私はユゼスからアレスを通ってモン＝サン=ミッチェルへレンタカーを転がして行きました。

オクシタニー地方周ってみたいので今回の動画も楽しかったです🇫🇷✨モルビエをたまに輸入されていて買うのですが、日本で買うと高くて私にとっては超高級食材なのでフランスへ行った時はいつもフロマジュリー巡るのが楽しいです😂そして今空輸も今の情勢で大変らしく、フランスのチーズが手に入りにくいですし今後さらに値上がりしそうです...。ラクレットも美味しそうですが、今回もチラッと見えたマチューさんのお洋服がまたメゾンキツネでしたね！こちらも密かな楽しみです🦊

チーズは普段ほとんど食べなくて、旅行へ行った時や時々こうやってマルシェで買うくらいなのですが、たまにいただくと美味しいですね😋ラクレット用に買ったものよりも、動画内では食べてないんですが、ユゼスの朝市でもうひとつ黒いチーズを買っていたんですが、それは驚くほどおいしかったんです！またユゼスにあのチーズだけ買いに行きたいです😊
メゾンキツネのTシャツ、あれもお気に入りだそうでいつも適当に片付けているのにあれはお部屋にちゃんとハンガーでかけてありました😁そんな私たちのちょっとしたことにまで気がついてくださって嬉しいです！ありがとうございます💕

Depending on what you are looking for, French weather can probably be divided into 3 or 4. The West is usually rainy, especially in Brittany which has a very peculiar culture. Mont St Michel is quite famous tho. On the south of this side, Ile de Ré and Pays basque could be worth the trip too. Rocamadour in the center is, to me, a must see - along with the Mont. Corsica island could also be a great trip, their culture is also peculiar and it wouldn't be as crowded as the classic Riviera - they dislike tourists but mostly bc they are French, Japanese people - or others - should be fine
(If you draw a line from the south west to the Alsace it will show you the less populated part of France, so less tourist and, imo, a more authentic experience)
Hello. When I went to the South of France for the first time, I visited a village called Gordes and was very impressed. So I would recommend Gordes to you😊

If you're looking for villages, I recommend visiting Dordogne valley and Lot valley in the South West of France (this is where Rocamadour is located, the town that another person mentionned). There are also beautiful cities in this area like Figeac. But you could find beautiful villages anywhere in France. Luberon (in Provence) is also a wonderful place to discover villages (this is where Gordes is). There's a label called "Les plus beaux villages de France" which groups the country's prettiest villages, you can go to their website to find villages to visit!
