蛋同蝦仁個煮熟時間應該唔同喎,放埋一齊炒啲蝦米唔熟😅
老過頭就真 蝦已經快熟 仲切埋粒 再翻炒 完全唔係滑蛋

你這叫蝦仁炒蛋,滑蛋蝦仁正確做法應該係先把蝦仁灼熟,然後放落蛋漿,然後放少許油煑沸,然後倒蛋漿及叚落鑊,並把爐收到最細,用鑊鏟一路撥開,把蛋整熟就可以。
生抽是豆油嗎,生粉是太白粉嗎,請回復謝謝。

這是炒蛋,蝦和蛋煮的時間差異很大,你所謂的滑蛋,只不過是加了芡槳而已。而且不太同意你一開畫面所說的「很多人都不會煮」,烹調方式是各施各法,不能一概而論。因我做的蝦仁炒滑蛋,跟你方法大不同,朋友們都說好吃。
