Spot on! I’ve had it 2.5 years now and have no intention of selling it. The engine is the most exciting I’ve ever experienced in a motorcycle. Suits my riding style perfectly… but if they ever make a Speed Twin R with 150hp, I’ll be first in the queue😉

No. It’s too small for me physically for very long rides. That’s why I bought the Transalp😊

Good work.
Interferring with modern bike electrical systems, especially can bus types worries me, so I don't.
The analogue electrics on my bike allow easy splicing of heated grips and gps oower into the system. If it was a can bus I'd have to run off the battery direct, unless I forked out more dollars for a special junction box arrangement.

I agree that modern vehicle electronics are terrifying and I usually steer well clear, but luckily for me this was a straightforward fix😊

Question? Do you have the part numbers for the indicators you used? A friend has tried in the UK, and can only get the fronts or the rears to work but not both.

Sorry, I thought I'd put the part numbers in the descriptions (I'll do it now...). My Triumph dealer sold me basically what he had in stock: 2 x A9838177 Scrolling Indicator Kit. He had half a dozen, and said that was the reference they used on all the bikes they converted for customers. Hope this is of some help to your friend :)

I believe the parts numbers are different, but my 2 pairs were identical and seemed to work ok (I have since sold the bike)

Are the wires on both front and rear signals 2 leads, or is the rear wired with a 2 wire and 3 wire bundle?

Both ends and both sides have just 2 wires
