Vogel, and two books by Philip Gardiner, SECRETS OF THE SERPENT and THE SERPENT GRAIL. I found all of these books on Amazon. The best books are probably either oral or written traditions in Tamil Nadu that have never been translated into English. I have learned a lot about the Naga from Indian movies and UA-cam videos, but I am always on the lookout for more sources. Jai Nag!
