This was a very HONEST interview. It's refreshing to hear a celebrity open up about how BRUTAL the industry can be. How hard it's on your friendships, your partnerships and your mental health. We all know how pretty and cool Adelaide is, but it's nice to hear about her daily struggles from walking the dog, to paying bills and preparing for tomorrow's work. (I do that, but I don't have a dog 😛😛😛). I know there's a balance between sharing your vulnerabilities and keeping your privacy. Adelaide, thank you for sharing this sliver of your private life.

Adelaide is so articulated,wise and well spoken. As well as super honest when it comes to personal issues. Not gonna lie she held this interview on her back considering how the questions weren’t really “asked” well and yet she answered them with poise and depth.

Theres so many "girl, I feel you" moments! Relationships, anxiety, even watching sad or scary movies! She's like the best friend I never had.

Adelaide is amazing! I really connected with what she said about her previous partner not being willing to meet her needs. So glad she's happier now!

I sooooooo believe in Addy’s philosophy on relationships and not wasting time with the long drawn out “getting to know you” no matter what your age! Find out the non-negotiables right off the bat and THEN delve into what is BS just to keep “dating and woo’ing you” and weed out those who are not truly in it for the right reasons! It’s so true that friendships are more important when you’re young and as you get older family relationships are ALWAYS first. Family will always be there long after your friends have come and gone! Even in fractured families there is someone who means the world to you. Lean on them for strength during those darker times.
LOVED the series REIGN! I think I’ve watched it 20 times as it’s just a feel good movie although built after a real life character in history. I think I also binged watched it all the way through on Netflix first time I watched and am STILL watching it! During the 4 years it was on I was working as an RN 2 jobs and getting my Masters so I barely watched TV if at all. Great job BOTH of you! 🕍 👸 👑 🤴🏻 #LongMaySheReign in all that she does! 💋

What Addy said around the 14-minute mark hit me like a train... I wasn't sick, but I was dealing with an exceptionally bad anxious/ depressive episode, for the second time that year (about 3 years ago now)- & I could not will myself to leave my room, if I tried- I was praying no one came in; I did not have it in me to deal with anyone or anything- not even family.
I emptied an old cleaned out icecream container, & was willing to use that as a toilet, if the need arose- I was mentally castigating myself for this, but at the same time- the unwillingness to interact with anyone was so strong...
I'm doing much better now, but it's something that you have to stay on top of.
Amazingly wise... I plan on listening to this again. I wish we could all grasp this.

I LOVED this interview. I've always liked her since I saw her in Reign, but now I love her. So much of what she said I could relate to and the advice she gave was spot on with what is going on in my life right now. I loved the interview so much, so raw and honest. I've been a fan of Adelaide ever since Reign. The only thing that bothered me slightly - and that's only because I am really into astrology - is that when you're talking about compatibility, you need to look at more than just your sun sign. Your sun signs can be super compatible, but if your and your partner's Mercury is way off, there could be communication problems and so forth. And the reason why Adelaide doesn't come off as too Leo-ish and gets along with Scorpios is probably because she has a bunch of planets in some other sign. I suppose I'm only saying this because whenever she would touch on a subject, it was something I would say or do. Thank you for this interview, it was a pleasure listening to it!

I love adelaide so much, such a genuin person and I could relate to her taking about toxic people like if they make you feel like you are not allowed to feel hurt and that stuff, not entitled to your pain, idk just really relatable for me because I just ditched one of those friends like a month ago and everything she said was 100 % true. And also, like I just watched The society on netflix and I was like.... this dude looks soo familiar and I couldnt quite figure it out but when she talked about her boyfriend I literally had a *mindblown* moment where my jaw just dropped and I went like "OHHH THATS HIIMMMM *SURPRISED PIKACHU FACE*" 🤣🤣❤

wowwowowowowowwowo im so happy to have watched this i feel this, i have panic attack disorder and i spent years drinking and i have been sinking to the lowest depression lately and just hearing her struggles especially after watching reign twice in the last week makes me feel valid i guess.
