      Haha I think h1, 2 and 3 are wp. 4, the shove is an overplay and when they call ATo it’s definitely a punt. H5 combo selection isn’t great and it’s obviously a huge overbluff. Either 4:1 or 3:2 in favour of no punt I reckon!

    53:11 maybe the plan for Vilain21 to pay the turn was to shove bluff at the river? That's the only explanation I can have.

  • @Hildreth1101
    @Hildreth1101 3 роки тому +1

    Good hands, some opinions for you guys if you don't mind reading some feedback:
    Hand 1 - I think Villains call down is reasonable, Turn sizing is too small, very easy for Villain to defend OTT, I think polarisation is in order. But the bluff is okay, his call is going to be minus-ev vs Weazel's specific strategy as I doubt Weazel goes thin enough for value OTR with like KJo with Diamonds or QJs nor checks as much JJ or 5x, but from a defence standpoint it's reasonable, depends a lot on his strategy - As he has no idea what Weazel's strategy is, it's not a bad call.
    Hand 2 - You're very results orientated OTT, if we know he has specifically only value OTT and zero bluffs then it's a fold (No other FDs? No weird merged Tx bluffs? It's a Fish betting 1/2 pot, he has check/folds OTR) - There is also implied odds vs his value hands of straights/sets/2pairs to consider, it should be a profitable call. There will be times you can Jam OTR and make him fold. I think it's a fine bluff, needs 63% FE to make a profit, he was good enough to check a straight OTR, but I think in this spot people will put down some sets, even Fish vs a shove so it can be profitable, and if you don't think people fold big hands there, you've not been bluffing enough. It's a line/board that is overfolded according to balanced defence numbers.
    Hand 3 - Is good for same reasons hand 2 was. Except the Turn bet is bigger so the price is worse OTT, so arguably better to fold Hand 3 OTT than Hand 2. And yes OTR, good Jam, will be folded a lot vs a Bet, bet, check line. Good hand.
    Hand 4 - vs a small sizing just call, move onto the next hand for 20%. I'd fold vs bigger sizings. Villain is making a mistake going so small tbh. People could float here with a FD and then bluff OTR small, doesn't happen often but can happen enough for 20%. Jam is insanity, because it's a terrible price, needing 80% FE, I think a raise is interesting though but for smaller sizing. If you could have had a 65% to BE price on the bluff it'd been good imo.
    Hand 5 - Need about 52% FE here, not sure if his range has too many raises OTF then call, call, folds. If it had been SRP I think I'd have liked to see you triple off. Super tough though, not a common spot so I got no comment. Wow 65o. lol. I think then it's good because if he has that fuck knows what he floats you with OTT, so when you Jam he has to fold a ton OTR cos he has nothing so easily profitable.
    Amazing hand that last one, I think punt 3-2 is harsh, I think this was a win for no punts 4-1, Hand 4 is definitely a punt.

    Great vid again guys.
    On hand 3, if you're going to jam river when it bricks anyway - isn't it better to jam turn? Not getting the odds to call with an open ender (28 into 39) and you maximise fold equity.

    • @chrisungoed8793
      @chrisungoed8793 3 роки тому

      Just saw the result, I guess if you jam turn and get called by higher heart draws then it's a disaster, maybe that's why the solver prefers to call rather than jam the turn.

    • @eastyyy22
      @eastyyy22  3 роки тому

      Thank you! I think this line is best with this combo, as you say, getting called by heart combo draws is awful. We also get to bluff rivers with this hand very happily unblocking those heart draws that give up on the river, and of course we have 5 high so we can't check!

    Hand 1 villain must have got something on your timing or bet sizing. Hero bet too small, made it too easy to call down. Also, I really feel people focus too much on ‘blockers’ like Hero says he doesn’t like villain holding 6d because Hero can’t have 67dd....wayyyy too much into the last .5% of equity calculations IMO.
