both super sayan 4 goku and super vegito have 140% atk in budokai 4 and they are considered similar in power. The fusion is a huge multiplyer, specialy the potara fusion. So you count this multiplyer again since this is a double fusion. The result should be at least as strong as ss4 gogeta. The time limit would be super short though, like less than 1 minute.

snoW Man Well, the potaras fusions and the fusions dance are two different technics, that's why : With the Fusion dance, both characters merge temporally while with the potaras fusion, the fusion is forever. So for the clothes : With the fusion dance, the clothes are always the same : White pants, and special vest and belt while with the potaras fusions, the clothes weared by the 2 characters who merge form a mix (For Vegeto it's Goku's Gi with Vegeta's color and Vegeta's gloves and boots.
Partyprice I'm pretty sure the fusion of the 2 fusions of the strongest warriors in the universe are stronger than SSJ4 Gogeta, never mind Omega Shenron.

Coz Gogeta is already the fusion of the dancing technique and vegeto is the fusion of merging with potara's, so it should be other technique to get fused like Goku black and Zamasu.
