To effectively support people at risk for developing or living with type 2 diabetes manage their health, they need access to culturally relevant and tailored interventions. However, disparities in access are pronounced in groups at higher risk of developing type 2 diabetes or diabetes complications - including some racial and ethnic minority groups and groups with lower socioeconomic status.
