I think you need to hold down the button longer. From the manual: "Gently Touch and hold your finger over the 'Light On/Off' button for about 5 seconds and release when the small light (Add Plant Food alert) blinks once. Your Grow Light will now come ON at this time each day and will stay ON for 15 hours."
So glad I didn't get one! I bought like a ton of hydroponics units at the start of the year and told myself no more until next year, so I didn't get the 2.0 when it came out.
Hi...if u turn on the light at the time of day that u would like it to start then long press the top logo button until it flashes 3 times...that will reset the automated timer for the light to turn on at that time daily!!!
I was starting to wonder if anyone else was experiencing this. I have 2 of those units and the lights will turn off more than once through the day, sometimes after just an hour
My Harvest 2.0 stopped working altogether. I've had it 2 months. A few days ago the lights started flickering a lot, then stable for a few days, now the whole unit is completely dead.
I don't like this 2.0 thing, I feel like they are dumbing the products down and making them cheaper. I hope they don't follow this trend. Sounds like they might have outsourced their support as well.

It’s insulting bc it implies that they think you are being dishonest about the problem and therefore are obligated to prove you are not. Secondly, it’s NOT the customer’s job to make their job easier or play a role in product improvement.
That's because aero garden is not a copy of a chinese system. Which is so strange they were the original then Chinese systems came in and aero garden team though let's make money 🤑💰💰🤑 and they are now taking a Chinese duplicate and reboxing in aero garden box and selling it for 90. Shameful.
Awww man, that stinks. I’m sorry to hear this. Not just that the lights aren’t working correctly but also that the customer service has been sub-par.

I love my AeroGarden Sprouts and XLs. Why are they trying to fix something that isn't broken?

of all my systems i was always able to rely on aerogardens lights compared to other systems...what a shame..

I will just an regular AeroGarden light or Bootfarm light on it
