The coach used to tell us "use skill rather than brute force", but sometimes the transition was explosive and sht happens. Dont roll with the boyz if you dont want to get rolled from time to time.

Unless you are just doing drills or specifically training a move... this is the way you roll. You got to be carefull, but even with the best intentions this its still a contact sport.
