OH my god - I stayed in the SAME SUITE this summer and had such a horrible experience. The staff were beyond rude, they wouldn't let us film or use cameras on the property to take photos unless we wanted to pay $25,000, and the room was disgusting - pillows dirty, basic linens - overall so mediocre!
