Nutrigold Triple Strength Omega 3
Superior Source Vitamin D 10,000 IU
I'll also be starting a daily baby aspirin once I start the Estrodial injections.

I had my baseline yesterday. I got the green light to stop taking my BC! As soon as I get my period I can start my meds to prepare for my FET. Baby dust to you 🌟

My clinic calls transfer day "queen day" lol but after the day of transfer they want me to do my normal routine

The whole bed rest thing has me like ehh because ive heard you need to try to move around a bit just so you can get the blood flow from the uterus going? Which helps with implantation But i dont know i hear stories from both. We will be doing our transfer hopefully mid-end of Aug. Praying all goes well for you at your appointment!! 🤞🤞
I know, I’ve heard both as well so it’s confusing but I guess you just gotta trust your doctor the first time. I have heard some success stories here on UA-cam and they all seem to say they did the bedrest thing so we’ll try that out this first time and hope for the best. Thanks for the prayers! 🙏🏼

You need to make sure your prenatal has DHA. It helps in brain development. I got mine at Walmart it was the pharmacist recommendation $11 a bottle once a day

Hey! My baseline is today and if everything goes well then I start estrogen tomorrow. Then on the 10th I start progesterone in oil shots. Transfer is scheduled for the 15th :)

Usually just a month, but it depends on your protocol.
