Bloodvial Purveyor apparently caused a bit of confusion because they forgot to put until end of turn on the +1/+0, if reading the card explains the card then that guy gets those buffs permanently.
Thats why noone takes the prof too serious. You can read many mtg cards and it doesnt explain shit. Thats why theres eratas and rules texts out the ass.
Nalathni Dragon was also available from a proof of purchase mail-in from either a long-defunct Magic magazine or one of the early novels, I don't remember for sure but that's how I got mine.
Also, Michael Whelan is a super famous and celebrated fantasy artist (does like all of Tor's book covers and even Brandon Sanderson's Storm Light Archive). I had no idea that he did MTG art, too (via the Nalathni Dragon art).
He did the illustrations to the first and last Dark Tower books by Stephen King too. Also had no idea he did MtG art! Nor did I know JOCK had done MtG art; he's a big comic artist.
Dragonlair Spider gets the same score as the thing that's been irritating my eye the last 2 days. Not especially insurmountable, but pointedly bothersome, and genuinely confounding
An uncommon from Mirage would not be on the Reserve List. The only cards originally printed at uncommon that are on the RL are from Antiquities and Arabian Nights.

Inquest or duelist. Agreed

I have playmats of Michael Whelan's art of the covers to Way of Kings and Words of Radiance. Fits great in the visuals of a commander pod

@AutkastKain that sounds really cool!
I think dragonlair spider is really neat. a lot of fodder for sacrificing, or you can pump the tokens up, or do a typal deck.
I think we are at a point where they could print Flample on a card 😂
Doesn't get much more random than Nalathni Dragon with a shoutout to Aswan Jaguar thrown in too.
Dwarven Miner has to be higher than a 5.2 for all the reasons you listed. Card is like an 7.9 in casual but is socially banned from the format.
Dragonlair Spider looks cool in those colors. Its easy to get it out on turn 4 on a budget deck too. Though maybe some spider deck might be cool too.

Solo Brallin commander seems like a cool idea!
we're on some more MTG! Let's go
Renewed Faith either 2 colorless, 1 white mana heal 6.
or Cycle 1 colorless, 1 white heal 2 and draw a card.
dwarven miner shall be perfect in my shirtless tribal deck
Wow..for years I slept on dwarven miner, he's pretty good now. Wish he was in foundations. D:
I got a Nalathni Drake from DragonCon. Never played it but I still have it.
Gonna git me a dwarven miner.

I would give a dragonlair spider an errata to change it to max one trigger per turn in commandrr
Dragonlair Spider - 6.8(+) is what i'd give it :)
1670🎉🎉🎉
6.9.
Dragonlair Spider costs too much *and* is mana color intensive. Gonna have go say I ain’t feeling it. 3.5
First! Love the series. Thanks Dev 💗
