Nice. I am closing on something similar in dallas area in early May. I see a lot of builders doing that shower seat in the master which is also what I will have. What I don't like is those white closet hangers. Why they went with those instead of the steel bar is beyond me for the pricing on this. Kinda miss CLT. I lived there for a few years.
Congrats on the purchase of your new home in Dallas! The bench in the shower is a big hit with most clients. We agree on the closet. Not sure why they install those cheap hangers. We see a lot of clients swap them out for a closet system after closing. And CLT misses you! :)
