At the very least, Goku would not starve. That's simply not possible, even for a Saiyan, in the time chamber. Everything else is pretty on point, but it's never been implied that kami can unstock the food. That rule should stay the same. I personally believe he wouldn't die at all, but rather, would go insane. This very well could affect his training efficiency, but I personally don't think it would. I don't think Goku meant that he'd die when he said that - at least in the dub it seems clear to me he was saying he'd have gone insane. In which case, yeah, he slaughters everyone and is probably as big a threat as Buu or worse.
And to be clear, if you're implying there is a time limit to how long food is generated, nothing of the sort is ever stated. Rather, the opposite is DIRECTLY shown when Vegeta literally lives in there for 3 years, WITH Goku. The only thing dende changes is the time limit, and the time limit is never shown or stated to be food related.
I dont see any realistic way other than this that goku actually dies in the chamber. If kid goku got stuck in there, the inefficiency of training alone and having far less training knowledge to tap into, its viable to say he'd simply die of old age before he ever got strong enough. Any other scenario goku lives.
