From what I can notice she filmed it, then would’ve done the same/replicated the motion as close as possible with the mic then overlayed the sound in post. Very clever!

I always thought this was a perfect idea especially for ASMR. Long form videos, no swearing (family friendly), just make the video a whole ad and people will still love it because they clicked on the video for the ASMR
