I am jamaican born and bred and I LOVE SHITO I have it on crackers, toast,put it in when I am cooking fish or sea food, shito has ground prawns, shrimps in a nice sort of Jerk sauce. Its very nice

Uhraine get to know your oven. You were cooking on the Grill settings thats why it burnt.
The Grill cooks too fast, its only good for melting cheese and toast bread. 👻
Look for the Oven setting on your stove/cooker. Bake the chicken next time.. Dont use the top grill to cook the chicken.. Bake it.

Also you should never put raw meat on the same tray as cooked meat.. 💥
( The G cooked his meat first) It can cause cross contamination.
His meat was cooked first thats why it burnt quickly. 💥
Get to know the right settings on your oven.💥💯
