    I've bough 4 led bulbs for my bedroom (back when they were still about $7-8 apiece) and one was noticeably different in color compared to the other 3. Then my sister did the same with her bedroom and the exact same problem appeared. It's a little frustrating at times that they can be inconsistent

    Can LED give me a yellow light at low setting on the dimmer but also very bright at the high setting??? It seems like incandescent light are the only ones that can do that.

    If you have an open house should you match the light color for all recessed lights or will it look ok if the kitchen is 4000 and the living room at 3000

    Just put up 6 BR40 bulbs that are 5,000 Kelvin in my long hallway. Holy shit! It was so freaking bright, my house looked like a drug house. Or like a massive interrogation room that cops refuse to let u sleep in so u go delirious. Returning and getting my 2700 K.

    For a flashlight what would you pick between
    6500K 4600 lumens
    5000K 4300 lumens
    CRI95+ 4500k 2500 lumens

    I have watched your video and it is superb!!!
    I like to have more information of exterior soffit LED pot lights.
    Best Led color temperature for my black soffit, red brick exterior.
    My electrician installed 4 inches, slim panel 9W = 80w, 750Lm, 4000K Dimmable but the house looks very grayish/white.
    It changed the color of the brick to cool tones and looks awful. I tried to use the dimmer to the lowest set but it is very bight light and greyish instead of a low light. I like warmer tones. My other option is 3000K but i am afraid it will be very yellow/golden tones. please help..need your advice as an expert. What is the correct lighting for my black soffit. Thank you in advance, Maria

    Are you saying that 5k is better in office than let's say 3500k? Office workers are complaining about eye strain with the 3500k. Should we go to 4500 t0 5000k?

    • @martybies4888
      @martybies4888 Рік тому

      in general, for office work, a cooler temperature is better. Many times, eye strain is not caused by the color temperature but by the type of light. Fluorescent lights are notorious for producing a flickering light that causes strain. I like 4500K. It isn't too stark, and doesn't seem like a living room. :)

    What would you recommend for a 6000 square foot community center multi-purpose hall? We are replacing fluorescent hanging troffers. Ceiling is maybe 14' high. The theater group wants warmer light but other functions may want something sharper/cooler.

    Hi 😊
    Thanks for the video!
    What type of light would be best in my garage, a 3k or 4k led 18w 2370 lumen type T8/G13? I just need to be sure, before I buy 8 of them 😊

    • @brightwaysupply2684
      @brightwaysupply2684  6 років тому +2

      I would go 4000K. You could even go 5000K in a garage. How high is the ceiling? if it is over 12ft, you may even want to consider something like the 90W High Bay we just started to carry. Check out our latest video released yesterday. Otherwise, T8 is a good choice.

    • @BaMbOoZeD
      @BaMbOoZeD 6 років тому

      BrightWay Supply Thanks for the quick answer! And there are around 10ft to the ceiling 😊 so I think that 8x18watt 4000k would be great, but maybe I will check out the 5000k option.
      Thanks a lot for the help and will see what you got!

    Hi, thank you for your detailed explanation, I need to select some landscape lighting for a client in a small commercial remodel. I'm looking for some in ground well lights to illuminate the walls of the facade upwards. So hard to know the end result when comparing brands and styles. Do you offer consultation? Could I send my comparison spec sheet to you so you could help me understand the different lighting effect better? Please let me know.

      If you have a suspended ceiling, I would start with 4,000K troffers, or panel lights and make sure they are positioned on both sides of the chair or chairs. This is important to reduce or eliminate shadows. Warmer accent lighting in the 2,700K to 3,000K temperature range is preferred by mirrors or on the walls to help your clients look their best. Thanks for liking and subscribing.

    If I’m not mistaken the sun is @5200K so 5000K-5400K is perfect since our eyes are best in the yellow spectrum.

    The quality of LED lighting compared to Incandescent and Halogen is HORRENDOUS. The color is even worse compared to the later of 100 years.
    The candle LED bulbs @3:35 LMAO...Compare the to the original....THERE IS NO COMPARISON.
