The big key with the coach is motivation you know you get people out there to motivate you but you have to learn to motivate yourself and Tennis really because you're out there by yourself in this sport it's not a team sport but when you're training and stuff you can coach or direct or somebody is working drills or people that might you can hit with it my motivate you but in the end it's always internal motivation that drive that you want to be number one you make the difference for yourself and it's about you not let yourself down because your expectations have to be what number one you know you have to know you're going out there not just to play but you went out there to win it's a big difference and that's the mindset the champion you're going to win this match you're not going out there just to participate I mean this is the difference between you know the eye of the tiger you have to really be hungry for this all the time because there's so many great players that just don't put out somewhere somewhere in the training maybe four or five different ways of training they're lacking somewhere and that stops him from being the top the top guy is always on top of four to five things all the time his sleep is diet is training the weight lifting all that he has to get it all together yes deal with injuries and then he has to do with Rehabilitation a lot of times you're missing turnips because you got me entries are back around
