Omg I’m SO happy I found this, it’s a perfect knot for something I’ve been doing which doesn’t look nearly as neat and tidy as well as professional as this. Thank you ! 👍👍
When used this sort of design knot can loosen slightly when it's not being worn, but the pendent's weight will retighten it while it's being worn. If you're using a very light weight pendant a little glue might be helpful. I wouldn't say it's required, but it won't hurt.
Thank you for an easy to follow video. How much extra length should you add to your cord to create these knots? (ie if I am making an 18" leather necklace, how much total length of leather do I need to cut? Thanks in advance.
Depending on how many knots you want to create, you may want to allow an additional 2-3 inches per knot. We recommend starting with more stringing material than you think you will need. It's always easy to make projects shorter than try to make them longer. SAVED!
Loving this knot and showing the results with various thickness of cords and leather very interesting. Thanks!

What a lovely voice you have.
Great tutorial! Knot was so easy!
Love love love this! Larks heads always seem to want to wobble a bit. This looks way better and all but stops the wobble. Thank you!

Very helpful, instructional video! Thank you for this demonstration!
So cool looking!
I think "rattail" cord would be nice too...It's satin like, would give it a "richer" look. Nice tutorial
Absolutely, we've done this satin rattail and it turns out lovely
Thanks for this tutorial , I was looking for this
This brilliant and so simple - thank you!
Glad we could help! It is pretty simple when you see how, but it looks so sleek as a finished piece. Those are always the best.
That looks so nice! I would love to do it with a bracelet also and have one knot on each side. :) - Heidi
That's a great project idea!
Will the knots loosen up or do you had a drop of super glue to keep the knots in place
