I have this issue, but machine restarts or turns off after 5/6 seconds, whats the issue? I can’t complete the cleaning and its driving me crazy, I even changed the brewer

Hi, my 1100s has recently started asking for forced cleaning almost every day where previously it was weekly ? What am I doing wrong ? Can I correct this ?

How do you start the descaling process? Machine says it needs it but there is no button to push.
