First time preggo here after 8 years of trusting God. The acid reflux is so gross. Regurgitation is the worst. I'm on omeprazole 20mg daily and that just about helps. I still struggle with eating.
Oh how I miss the pregnancy freedom to eat. I never had heartburn so it was 😇
