      The first one was terrible but the rest weren't that bad. Sure his depth could have been better but I think those ones were acceptable

      Get him some lifting shoes to improve his ankle mobility and he’d move so much easier. Probably not squatting 350 to depth though

      The first squat was awful but it looked like the other ones were pretty decent. Don't get me wrong they could have been better but I think they were at least acceptable

    As a collegiate strength coach there’s a rule of thumb for squats depth. If you put a marble on the middle of your thigh and it stays still or rolls back towards your hip it’s depth, if it would roll to the knee that’s not depth. He didn’t hit depth once, this trainer is a joke.

    I mean no hate whatsoever and I’m genuinely curious. Our 1,000 lb club playing college football was 3 rep max (not 1 rep) on bench, squat, hang clean. What is the “official” 1,000 lb club? Is there an official one?
