Loving the Chef Britt segments. There's hundreds of channels showing off recipes for main courses/big badass meat dishes, or crazy desserts. Chef's showing off amazing sides and accoutrements is so rare.. and Chef Britt is bringing some fire ass recipes. Keep it up both of you.
Thanks Tom! Britt will definitely be bringing some main courses to the table as well. We thought the holidays were a great time to showcase sides as we're always looking for new ideas. We appreciate the feedback!
Carrots look and sound amazing but I’m thinking the sauces would be best on the side. IMO. Thank You for ALWAYS giving us such AMAZING tips and tricks ! Pröst !!
Just decided not to use parmesan and pine nuts, although you could absolutely add them if you prefer in your pesto. Also I once got an awful taste in my mouth from pine nuts (it's a real thing - www.latimes.com/local/abcarian/la-me-ra-bad-taste-in-my-mouth--20140722-column.html ), so I’m always a little wary of pine nuts for this reason. -Chef Britt
I think so! You may have to adjust cooking times, and using a 2-zone fire would give you more control if it were burning too hot over the coals. Using an indirect method to heat you carrots through would work best! All the best! -Chef Britt
I still have that $150 burning a hole in my pocket, and I need to ship some rubs and sauces to my parents so they can make some good bbq. Even if you start the video intro by wearing a “Chef Tom” style beard I’ll place an order on atbbq.com.
I think this is a decent suggestion as there are tons of colorblind folks out there. If its as easy as switching up some colors whats the problem with that?
I am also partially color blind. It wasn't red it was brown lol. There is nothing in writing that she doesn't mention as far as the recipe goes. Any questions click the link for the recipe.
An emersion blender is a pretty cheap tool for any kitchen. The only thing that's maybe a little unusual is the clarified butter but you can do that fairly easily too
If the normal filming and cinematography for atbbq wasn’t in this video, this person would have fell sooooo flat. She needs to loosen up... or maybe know what she is doing, and not reading a script.
Thanks everyone for watching! Chef Tom will have a NEW video showing off his Turkey Gravy & Garlic Potato Puree tomorrow.
Great recipe for carrots. Thanks, Chef Britt! Would love to see more from you here. Love your ideas.
Thanks Em!
Oh! So you're Chef Britt! I need more veggies in my life and I think I'll start with these carrots. Nice job Britt! 👍🏼👍🏼
Chef Britt is the Bomb.
Go Chef Britt go!!

That looks really tasty, nice job chef Britt. But im curious why no pine nuts in the pesto?

Who the hell gave Tom a day off? But I like her...
It IS Tom in his separate persona!
The mustarda you made a week ago would make for a great dipping sauce for this.
nice idea!
hi tom, i like how she cooks quite good.
Could make this recipe on a Weber Charcoal grill? Would your a 2-zone fire?

Beautiful!
That background music rocks ;-)
mmmh! I'm trying this vegetarian recipe, but instead of carrots i'll put sausages....
Holy crap is that knife sharp
Ayyyyy lets goo!
Gundam called. Wants his background music back.
An I the only one that thinks that she kinda resembles Chef Tom? Wonder if they are related.
Not bad

Dang that looked almost as good as meat. :) kidding, looked REALLY good!
Do you really enjoy that background music 🎶 or is it a joke
Of course we all have a commercial blender and yes we have all have none of the Ingredients
besides regular old butter, garlic and parsley. Serious!

@@dowboy98 Or a regular blender or food processor.
great recipe, but don't double the tasting spoon!!!
Shes way prettier than that other wierdo on this channel lol
No doubt.
CT IS PRETTY?!
Fine CT can be pretty too 😁
Never skin a vegetable. Nutrients
Hahaha! Chef Tom eats meat in every video. First time I've seen Chef Britt and she appears to be a vegetarian. DOH!
For Halloween can you wear a beard ?
Who dis...
