Not entirely correct. There are many Road legal e-motors. Solar e-clipse, taleria L1e. Tromox mc-10 road. Landmotor District. Etc...

It goes up to 40-45 mph? Would recommend at least 55 mph to ride on roadways in America to have overhead and to keep up with traffic. This could go where a 50cc scooter goes like this. Love that it can be road legal!!!❤❤❤

E-strapz have road legal ebikes man. The E-strapz lightning as 10,800w motor, 72v 75ah battery, turning signals, bike alarm, side mirrors and the bike cost 4,500 man.

I’ve been driving NIU in GZ and SZ over 17000km …. NIU needs to do something to compete with the Ninebot E-series my friend and I are going to go for e300p mk2 this bike looks nice but battery too small
