I have split my workouts up so i have a skill work, a body work and shooting workout. In the skill work i work on whatever skill i want to be better at. Body is the gym of course. And a seperate workout for shooting, because i believe shooting is the most important skill.

You split it throughout the days like skill Monday body Tuesday shooting Wednesday or you do all 3 throughout the day?

I learned golf at an exceptional level, and I'm one of the best ball strikers I've ever seen. I can attest to what you're saying because I had to weed out the misinformation and the BS and learn to trust myself. It takes correct effort, not necessarily just making big efforts. Working in the right direction is more important than working hard. I had to figure out what to work on, when to fix something and when not to, and how to develop my skill to a point where I knew I could perform without thinking. Basketball is the same way. If you truly want to be good at everything, it's a very long road. It takes years to get to a point where your skill is developed at an elite level. People don't give it enough time. For me, golf took me 12 years to master. And I'm still working. Anyhow, solid video.
