Oh yeah! Video appeared on my eyes :) I've been interested in seven-stringers since yesterday. I played it only in "baritone guitar" mode. It's was awesome. I'm somewhat of a fingerstyle guitarist and find it interesting to combine fingerstyle and riffs. Your new guitar sounds great, I'll add it to my list of options for buying a new instrument :)
Thanks ! If you buy one, I hope you won't have any problem with the saddles. As you say it sounds very good and I wonder how it would sound on a fingerstyle mode (I haven't practiced it in decades ! )
Are the pickups 7 string size? i know the 8 string version uses 9 string pickups. i really want this and i already have emgs to drop in it. but want to make sure it will fit before buying
As I mention in the video when I talk about the pickups, these are 8 strings sized soapbars. If you want a Harley Benton in which you can install some 7 strings sized EMGs, you can go to the R-457.
Hey does this guitar have a bone or a graphite nut? The HB website states it has a graphite one, which Thomann lists a bone nut. Would prefer graphite to save the lubrication. Thanks for your honest reviews! Would you recommend the Baritone-7 over this? It seems to have more positive reviews than the multiscale and is a bit cheaper
Hi -Nachtmahr- I'm sure the nut is no bone at all. It feels like graphite, so I guess Thomann just didn't change the specs list. I can't tell you a lot about the baritone 7 cos' I have never tried it and I never will because of my not long enough fingers (at least not long enough for a 27" scale) but it looks ok, and as you mention it's got very good reviews. Worth trying :)
I bought the same guitar two months ago (as a backup for my Ibanez 7-string)...to be honest : the only thing I have to complain about are the tuning machines....they work just in a random way, but Thomann offers replacement tuners from the Harley Benton label that work as good as Gotoh or Kluson tuners. I am very happy with the pickups that they are not ultra high output screamers but very balanced at a moderate output. All in all, the H. B. is better than my Ibanez RG in every single detail...I'll sell the RG and buy a second H. B. as a backup guitar...
The problem with Thomann's current QC is the way it's made : only visual. As long as you don't try to set the action up, you don't realize there's a problem. I also wish they made a 7 strings Tele... Based on the Fusion III Tele with EMG pickups :)
Lololooool 😄 ....Hi everyone, Torok again 😄🔥 obviously two disappointing chinese monday cucumbers this time 😄 Harley Benton is certainly well advised to continue having his guitars manufactured in Indonesia.🤷♂️
Yes I wanted to make sure you would recognize me ! ;) Harley Benton clearly needs to have more guitars build in Indonesia, especially when they're around 300€.
I have reviewed a Harley Benton R-457 multiscale pretty much in the same time as this one. It's 80€ cheaper. I have had 0 prblem with the saddles of the bridge. I have said exactly what I was thinking about this Multiscale-7, I could not be more positive after receiving 2 different guitars with the exact same problem.
totally understand but you fail to realise the budget and mod potential...straight out of the box....buy a cort for a bit more cash if you dont want to take into consideration this models upgrade potential ..actually you riffs sounded killer demonstrating the sound... and ur reviews i enjoy..!!@@ToroKchannel

This shows that I haven't had luck with the bridge saddles.
wow, very honest & helpful review. so sad they don't do a better quality control....
i hope we get a HB 7string tele (with quality control 🙏) soon.

maybe one day when your channel gets big enough we will get a torok signature 7 string tele ;-)
Can you do a reviw for de HB 7 multiscale but the model with satin black bursa finish?
@@laurentiuburduja5247 the only difference is the color, so it would be the same review :)
@@omgnerv I would love that ! But if it happens, I guess it won't be tomorrow :)

have you realised the price of this guitar...i think its a pretty decent , with upgraded pickups quite nice ....quite a negative review in all honesty
