When your guest farmer resorts to speaking in a local language please have the courtesy to translate what is said in subtitled english. Social media is not just for local audience but global. Insulting!
The world doesn't revolve around you. I also wished that I could understand everything that was said, but that's life. Why should they go through the additional expense to provide captions when they decide to also post their content on social media? Send them a wire transfer to cover those expenses if it's so important to you.
They know the purpose is to share , atleast they can keep it in English as they can speak, those who can not they can just translate that time no need for captions.
