What a lovely relaxing trip through the thrift stores that was. The two green chairs in the first place caught my eye, and the old school desk in the other place. Then all the galvanized metal stuff and off course the old terracotta pots hehe. Seeing the boys making camp bought back memories of when i was a child. It seems that some games never change and span the generations. A lovely episode again Luisa. 😉👍🏼
What a pity that it rained so much, but you made the best of it. The park for the kids is really great! The wooden sign 1924 with the old keys above it, it looks fantastic! Yes, the room looks really cosy now that you've redecorated it, but the boys have their own idea of cosiness. 😄I immediately remembered all the things my two sisters and I used to build back then. And later my two boys, they were always VERY imaginative too. How wonderful (and important) it is when children are allowed to live out their creativity. ❤ At a friend's house here in Sweden, the potatoes have also wilted earlier than usual this year. Because of the rain. She now has to harvest everything earlier than planned. But what's in the ground looks good so far. I hope your harvest will still be good! Best wishes, Diane
Yes ot is very important with creative games and a great way to use creativity to get the kids more involved in every day life. As kids we loved rearranging furniture as well and making sheltera from sticks and moss in the woods. I hope there will be some good sized potatoes. Take care Diane! ❤️
@savingsiskola we'd been away for a couple weeks and didn't watch any UA-cam, so I was excited there were a bunch of episodes of yours to catch up on 🥰 Understandable though with only being able to go out to Siskola when the kids aren't in school.
Hello sweet friend. You purchased some amazing stuff. The rainbows were so magical. Love them. The boys fort reminded me of when my daughter was that age. That was her favorite thing to build. Hugs.
Hi Mary! Thanks so much! I have never seen a rainbow last so long. We were looking at it for so long and it continued for maybe 30 min so it was really special. Fort building out of furniture is the best. I also did it as a kid. I try to encourage the boys to play as much as possible. 😊

Thank you so much Owen! Glad you enjoyed it! I might do some more rift store videos later in the winter 😊
That was the most beautiful rainbow I’ve ever seen.
Yes it was amazing and I feel my camera did not do it justice. ❤️ 🌈

Catching up on some missed episodes!
