It’s interesting to note how the floor is mopped in your country. I know the Koreans do the same and in India it’s the same style, kneeling or squatting to mop the floor with a washable cloth. Now, doctors say that’s the best exercise for women because it strengthens the pelvic girdle muscles and reduces a podgy abdomen! Old ways are the best!!!
