In addition. I love other games too! Take Monster Hunter world for example. Ive been playing MHW for nearly 300 hours now and I thinknits one of the greats, and after looking at some select MH:Wilds footage I quickly came to the conclusion that I might be looking at the best AAA game ever made. They announced an open beta for it and like my 20 year old self I got very excited and even spread the news to my friends! Then I found Starsector...and well, i havent tried that Wilds beta yet
Nice nice nice! Don't give up on the Wilds Beta run. If Starsector has taught me anything, it's that you have to follow what your heart desires and use the sandbox that these games provide to *further* enjoy your time on Earth. The quest for fun in the game opens pathways IRL to have fun because the core mechanics are essentially the same. Economy, growth, goals, the feeling of strength and competence... these are things that make us tick.
