I love you guys so much I remember being 16 years old and watching you guys every night after high school i’m almost 21 now and you still bring so much joy to my heart! Stay blessed
It shows your account is only 3 years old and this was your 2nd comment on their channel.....
@@51-FS new account lol i have several
people like you make my day🤣
Literally what is the point of trying to “catch” someone lying about something like that? Damn bro leave people be to love the channel.
@@chawwtyy6232 was that comment ment for me?
Kaylee’s rocking it as a first time mama, any woman who can carry a baby all the way down a mountain and back up again breastfeeding twice without stopping is amazing. I have 4 kids and two grandchildren and I really don’t think I could of done that. Mother of the year goes to you. 🦋
I agree. She is an Award Winner 🏆 🌹
Lol, Sadie sounds like she's protesting that nap idea. Time to have a couple of horses on the farm for times like this. In Puerto Rico we always keep a horse on the land because you never know when the power is out and the gas pumps are not working. Love your channel 🙂
Great idea for your farm, horses!
Sadie has curly hair, I had not noticed that. She is a beauty.
That now is a great idea!!
Gotta feed the horse
Mule
I don’t know about a baby on a horse but ok
Sadie is the luckiest little baby. Such a beautiful life you're making for her, she's with either one of you constantly, being apart of everything, all that visual stimulation & fresh air! You guys have great energy, I always look forward to your videos ❤️❤️
Get a stroller for Sadie and the food can go in lol
You are very funny dear, you look amazing
A stroller on those roads and paths wouldn't be fun.
@@gerianneimdieke6772 that what happening. I have family in Panama
@@gerianneimdieke6772 they make fat tire strollers that work on dirt and sand and can even use on the beach. The baby is getting too big to carry.
People don’t use strollers anymore?🤷♀️ I don’t get it
These two are just amazing, and that baby didn’t cry once, in the sun, humidity, pouring rain, being hungry and tired. What an unbelievable family this is. I’d have hitch hiked before ever being able to do that long ass hike.
Only one car came by going the wrong way. My vote is a horse or at least a donkey.
I guess it's not a bad idea to do some things the Amish way: horse-driven buggy.
I tell ya, you guys NEVER ceases to amaze me... instead of getting depressed you come up with a plan... that's COOL!
I’ve had a plan for a while… tried to get others involved. No one wants to. I’ve made progress on my own, but my search to get others involved has been a complete fail. Just gonna keep trucking and if I end up going it alone to the end so be it. This last year feels like a complete fail for me. I’m happy these people have each other.
I love Kaylee's attitude, and have ever since the SCUBA classes, she went with her feelings, and was the rebel, I love that. She won't jump off a cliff, just because everyone else does. She is an example of what a good mother is. I hope Jordan treats her with the upmost respect for the rest of her life, or his life, what ever comes first. God Bless them.
Kaylee’s realization that Jim Jones’ Kool Aid was poison literally was the best!!! 😂😂
Incredible video you guys! You both are rockstars taking that walk for food. Great questions, and great music for the walk!
Love the 🍓…🙌🏼
That was the funniest moment on UA-cam today. First when she said “you’ve got to drink the Kool-Aid” I laughed, then the explanation and realization of the saying was hilarious. As a child of the ‘80’s Jim Jones Kool-Aid is a memorable news story and to see a younger persons reaction to learning what “drink the Kook-Aid” means makes me laugh (then feel old).
Love your content. Just received a coffee order today.
@@ScottHirons yeah dude, let's all laugh about 100's of people dieing.
Frankly, I was shocked Kaylee didn't know about Jim Jones and the kool-aid. Maybe it's her age. Sorry.
@Ak Au. I do not believe anyone here would laugh about "drink the koolaid" and the story behind it. But Kaylee so embarrassed when she realized was funny and only because we know she would never have joked about that tragedy.
That had me cracking up!!! She so innocently says… “Oh my…….😳”
😂🤣
Oh youth! I don’t think I’d even attempt that hike…with a nursing baby…heavy groceries…in the rain.. but probably the greatest thing missing from me would be your enthusiasm! I can’t toss it all up to youth though. You two are such positive people! I’m so very impressed!!
🤗👍🌹
Should get an e-bike to help with the trips when fuel is low.
I usually hate when my channels that I subscribe to do Q&A videos because they're always done sitting in front of the camera, still, in one place and it's kind of boring to watch but this was awesome to watch! I love how real and authentic you guys do everything.
☺️😍
Sadie is such a sweet baby. 🥰 Be safe🙏🏾
I just have to add something else because when I watch you guys, there is so much love coming out of your hearts that is such joy all over your beautiful faces and those wonderful smiles that reach our hearts. Your honesty is above all very rewarding. MOM you are A GENUINE BADDDDASS!!! Hugs n love to everyone!!
I'm screaming because I didn't expect to get a video while I was at work!! There are very few people whose videos I literally WAIT on, you guys are one of them ❤️ I love the farm
I have never commented on your videos before, but Kalies - 'OH MY' comment about the cool-aid thing had me in absolute stitches. 😂 You both are brilliant and I love that you show your 'realness' in all of your videos!! Thanks for being you, and keeping it real. ❤️
🤗👍
I hope you all remain safe during these trying times. Everything will be alright. Also everybody had some pretty good questions too so good job everyone.
I don't have a question but wanted to say how much I've enjoyed watching Sadie grow. Seeing her laughing with Jordan was the best! Thanks for taking us on a hike!
You guys are awesome.. ever think of getting a wagon of some type. For those days you have to walk to town.Sadie is a doll. Stay safe all. ❤️🙏
I’ve never watched your videos before but can see your kind hearts and positive minds. Funny thing about living abroad is it’s always different then people imagine. People are kind and some are not… make it great either way
You guys have the right attitude over what’s going on in Panama. It’s always good to do something different and out our our comfort zone. Sadie definitely enjoyed the walk. You guys are awesome. Love and be safe!🤗😘🌼🇻🇪
Hi Guys, I,m Panamenian, 8 Tank Truck moving just 12:00 in this moment, so sorry for this situation, Its a honor to have you here. Sunday midday.
This problem will be resolve in a few days.
Hello from Philipsburg, Pennsylvania.🙋 Your walk reminds me of the late seventies when we walked a lot more and were the better for it. I am having fun watching you grow with your property. 🙋
I can't even tell you how proud I am of you guys right now. You are living my dream. The difference is mine was all in my heart and imagination, whereas yours is reality! Your positivity in every circumstance you encounter is just such an example to others. With everything that is going on in the world today, you are such a beacon of hope and reassurance that with folk like you around everything will be alright. I know it looks tough right now, but I promise you... We are at the precipice of something absolutely AMAZING. Love to you all on Lola's farm. So much love!
Glad you guys managed to walk down to the town, have you thought about getting electric bikes to help you around Panama ?
Thank you so much, for being so positive. I for one am a better person, because of you. You make such a difference!
I absolutely love that Kaylee is still breastfeeding naturally. Too many new Moms have been convinced it’s easier to pump and feed your baby from a bottle. I am not saying that’s not beneficial to the mom and baby, because it is; I am saying that it makes an awful lot of work and you don’t get the same bonding you do by actually nursing. Personally I nursed all 3 of my children and I can’t imagine doing it any other way. It was so easy. Milk was always ready and the right temperature, there weren’t bottles to wash and prepare, and in the middle of the night I could lay the baby next to me and doze while the baby nursed.
I would just say Kaylee you rock doing what is best for you and baby.
@@larisajeffrey2312 My opinion, which I am allowed to express. Your opinion is your opinion, which you are allowed to express. It doesn’t make one right and one wrong; it just makes them our opinion.
I nursed all three of my babies but I've come to realize that everyone is different and you just have to do the best you can in every situation.
@@starflower703 for sure….but it is not your show. With all respect it was more about you. Yes it is your opinion. I love how Kaylee deals with her baby the sun shines on her.
And that’s why Jordan says Kaylee is A Bad @$$
Well, that was a fun adventure! Praying that the issues in Panama right now, die down quickly, and life goes back to...Whatever normal is!🙏🥰
Hello from reelfoot lake Tennessee I found your channel and went back and watched from the beginning of you guys moving to Panama. I just have to say watching you guys is very inspirational. You guys are truly amazing and what your doing is amazing! You guys make me want to be a better person and help others more! I can’t wait to see what the future holds for you guys and I will continue to watch until you guys stop filming! Keep doing what your doing and always stay positive it’s contagious!! And little Sadie is the cutest baby ever!!

Wow that's very interesting, you are really amazing. Can we share ideas!
Best of wishes to all Panamanians during this difficult time.
Kaylee and Jordan you are an incredible couple, parents and environmentalists.
Thank you for sharing your adventures in life.
You two are truly an inspiration.
Times are also tough in Canada. It helps to see how you two containers Nueter to be positive and pleasant during trying times.
Beans and Rice..... I love beans😍
You need to make a pull cart. You got this.
I really appreciate you showing the mistakes and failures of your journeys. I am getting older and having a rough time with my own continuous 'failure'; as if I thought I'd know everything and be able to do everything by this age. Watching you two helps keep me motivated in my own journey. I wish you two nothing but the best.
My grandkids about your ages have a collapsible wagon with a little awning on it they put groceries and the baby in it . They take it with them everywhere they go. Lov you guys 😊🌻🐢🐢🐢💚
I was thinking the same thing. A little wagon like that would be nice to have.
Even just a box with wheels and a handle. But a baby buggy with shopping compartment would be handy.
When gas does come in again, I would suggest getting a fuel tank up at the farm. Many do here in the US, and keep it filled, consider your trips carefully etc., It might not be an investment you can do, but it is a suggestion. Also, if you have diesel, you could consider doing bio fuel. Our past neighbors made their own bio diesel, and we ran our VW on it from time to time in exchange for some work:)
😏🌹👍
At least you guys get to take in the scenery on your walk. Sadie is so precious.
This gas shortage keeps up and you guys will have to get a horse and donkey. Something to ride and something to haul the supplies back. You can even teach the goats to pack! 😊
Hi, regarding the mangos, if you peel the skin off the mango seed, in a pot of soil, and cover with soil the equivalent width of the seed. The mango plant will grow faster and you’ll have your own mangoes.
Walked 10 miles 3x a week with my son in the states just for exercise it is grueling but fun! 🥰🥰❤️❤️ Great Q&A 😊😊
I just love you guys and your journey so much!!! Y'all are so inspirational and I check in every few days just to see if there's new updates!! I can't help but worry a little for you guys with the situation there in Panama. Because it's definitely tough and trying times!! But you guys are incredibly tough, resilient and so determined to succeed!! Y'all will make it through this and you're for sure being prayed for every day!! Thank y'all for taking us with you on your hike down and back up the mountain. That put things in a new perspective for me today, that even though I don't want to get outta of my comfy clothes and go grocery shopping, at least I don't have to hike 8 miles and then carry them by hand back up a mountain to get them home!! Stay safe y'all!!
Oh and Jordan, you're totally right... Kaylee is a badass and so are you my friend!! ☺️
Y'all are definitely a silver lining couple!!! Such a inspiration you both are!! Oh and Mama...You are definitely a beast!!!! ❤️ ❤️
You guys are the epitome of a power couple. I love how Kaylee always has a can-do attitude and is an amazing mother, and Jordan is a workhorse who is willing take take on any task to provide for his family. I love y’all and your videos.
Hey since I know you saw this, I’ve been trying to tell you.. from one carpenter to another
Horizontal supports are BEAMS
Vertical supports are POSTS
Keep it up!!
You guys just ROCK!!❤❤ And I agree with Kaylee...to live your lifestyle in the Panamanian mountain jungle, you must drink the "kool-aid" of living on and from the land, of treating the land and the animals with respect, of always striving to be kind, tolerant and loving toward those on the land with you. 🤩💚😍 Living without gas is tough, but it's going to be a reality for the planet sooner than we know. Thanks for showing us what it takes to make it work under difficult circumstances😎👍 Stay safe, be well and see ya next time👋👋👋
The kool aid reference is totally inappropriate as Jordan told Kaylee. Know the history of Jim Jones and his cult in Guyana. The adults knowingly killed themselves by drinking poison but they also killed their children. We are talking about 909 people.
@@beverlyschiffler9649 some things enter the vernacular despite having macabre origins.
Burking comes to mind
@@anonomas6126 of course you are right. But of course some people love to be offended.
When gas got too expensive We did everything by bicycle, so we took a metal cage over our basket in the back to lock up groceries , for we did a multishop approach. The Best part biking with a baby is we attached a baby seat that can be attached to a table just by baby's weight. We got that in the trash of all places. Creativity works when times get hard. Save your video SO YOU ALL CAN LAUGH LATER, I wished we had the ability to film our moments back to show our grown son That LIFE IS FUN . The slow MO was perfect. Thank you for sharing your walk.
I love watching your family's journey through life! ❤ So inspiring!
The best episode you guys ever filmed I loved every minute of it! So fun going on the walking journey with you all! What a badass couple❤️💪🙌
😘👍
Good early morning Jordan and Kaylee from New Zealand (it is currently 1:58 am here in nz) I just want to say hang in there you too my thoughts are with you…. I will watch the video after once I have had more sleep
Sending hugs 🤗 🙏
You know, they have this marvelous invention called "The Wheel"! It's a LOT easier to pull a small wheeled cart up a mountain instead of carrying a backpack full of food. You could also put the baby in a stroller instead of carrying her. You can hang some bags on a stroller, have one person push it and the other pull a two-wheeled cart for more groceries.
I admire both of you! Sadie is one lucky baby! ✌️
You should plant all the seeds from the fruits that you got from the farm stand. And get some banana trees planted.
Sadie looked like she had a ball on that hike! Kaylee U rock carrying Sadie, feeding Sadie, whoa U go girl! Great video!
When you're old as I am, you're going to remember days like this one, and be amazed at life at your age. I said, recently to a younger friend, 'I remember when I was only 62, I walked up Mt. Snowdon', [N. Wales]. 19 yrs. ago.
Hi guys, well done on tough trek for food shop. Need a couple of bikes with bike trailer for shopping.
Have been watching you from the beginning. Love you guys always from Cork City, Ireland.
🇮🇪😍☔👍
This was very peaceful, and beautiful. I know you guys we're just running errands but the whole ambience was nice to watch.
I think y’all should get a golf cart! That’s what I had planned to get when I was looking to move to Boquete in 2020!
❤️😏🌹
No one told you, if you drive a Jeep, your second vehicle needs to be a tow truck?
We learned the hard way too!!
You guys are such good sports! That was fun. I have done a lot of long distance walking, 20 miles was the longest day for 14 days straight, and I know just how bad the feets can hurt, haha. I hope this gets resolved for you guys soon... maybe electric bikes for emergencies or self-sufficiency.
Hi Guys, I was born in Panama. Raised in Ma. and live a few minutes from Vt. And my daughter's name is Sadie and she is now 32 years old. Small world. I admire your family and yearn to go back home one day. Thanks for sharing. 😀💌
A Folding Utility Wagon would have been perfect for the groceries AND the baby.
This situation calls for an ebike. I don't know how steep the road is going up since cameras always seem to flatten hills, but as a casual rider having the assist from the motor makes hills much easier. I can charge with a small solar generator and folding solar panels.
About 18 years ago my car died and I walked the one mile from my apartment to the grocery store and back one time. After that I used my bike with a backpack until I discovered that they would deliver, so I just went to get produce on the bike until I got a new car.
I know you will need the truck for construction stuff, but an electric scooter, or ebike would help out saving on gas if there is a shortage or price spike again
Yes, I agree there is “madness” here in the states, too. All in all, you’re living an environmentally friendly lifestyle & like they say “this too will pass”. Anyway, what a beautiful walk.
Love you two!
We are not there yet though. We are not waiting hours to fill up our cars with high gas prices. Nor is our shelves as bare as where they’re living.
@@ajsans9161 That is only because of the road blockage. Plenty of food and gas here. Oh, gas price here is $3.25 a gallon.
@@guillermogouldburn763 Where is here? Wasn’t there protests and riots in Panama too. There is civil unrest for a reason. Hence, that’s why there is a road blockage. It’s the cause of the greater problem there.
@@ajsans9161There are protests. People are marching in the streets,, not looting, damaging property, and clashing with the police, except for one incident. Watch footage of the protests. Absolutely no riots. The price of fuel in Panama is $3.25 a gallon. And you heard what Jordan said about food prices in the video. People are protesting inflation, which is affecting the whole world for reasons we all know, but Panamanians want the governmet to fix it, regardless.
@@guillermogouldburn763
I was under the impression that there were riots as well because I saw fires. So I’m thinking, why start fires, if it’s supposed to be peaceful protests. Also, Panama has fuel shortages aside from food shortages and inflation. I realize it is bad everywhere. However, we are experiencing a lot of chaos in the US mostly because we have a pathological lying, illegitimate Brandon in the White House. Who is permitting the radical Leftist to turn the US into a disastrous socialist country.
A wheeled hiking cart that attaches at the waist would be perfect for the supply run you made on foot.
I am so proud of you guys , please take care of yourselves and that beautiful baby girl.
Making lemonade from lemons...even the jeep! That describes how to live off grid and really is the proper attitude in all walks of life. Good job!
You need bikes with a child carrier on one and a basket on the other for food.
😘😏🌹
You will probably remember these days fondly when you are 60 years old. 💚
Oh my goodness such a long way to walk. You both are an amazing couple. I admire your commitment, through thick and thin. Oh how I wish you had one of those folding wagons. It would take the weight off your backs. Plus Sadie could ride in it. I smiled when you named the baby 🍼. Sadie was my great grandmother's name. I think Trent and Ally's little guy Leo is just a little younger than Sadie. I truly hope things will get better for you. Take care, stay strong, and don't over do it.
Hey guys you should get yourself a red flyer pull wagon or a beach wagon with nice sturdy wheels to pull next time, so that you can have a place to put the groceries you buy at the market. So glad to see that you are all succeeding beautifully at Lola’s Farm. Can’t wait to see that SPA/bathroom/shower/steam room and laundry building completed! Gods blessing to you all and continued success in all that you do! Just love Sayde’s new teeth❤️what a cute smile she has!
Why do you over dramatize every title n thumbnail?
Kaylee not knowing the Jim Jones reference!!! Protect her innocent heart lmao 🤣💓!!!
I think that was your best video. Loved the lemonade and the slow motion part!!! 😂
Haha at 5:10 the “cool aid “ I appreciate you both on sharing. I think this is amazing. Your family will be in my thoughts and prayers. Great attitudes. I’m in Tennessee learning homesteading. 🙌🦅🦅🦅🙌
This is the first video of yours I have seen. I am so impressed with your positive attitude and your over-the-top love for each other and your little one.
You two look like the happiest couple that I have ever seen.
That was cool! I love seeing real life. Doesn’t get any more real than hiking with your baby in the rain to get groceries. As much as a pain as it was vs having excess gas, it was a great time of family bonding. 🥰
Sheesh!! That was quite the walk😮 So Proud of you two for doing that so you can feed your family ❤️ Praying that things will return to normal for the people of Panama and may it come quickly... My favorite part of the video is at the end, Where your STILL SMILING!! WELL DONE🙏❤️🙏❤️
Now it's time for a garden. It's so easy. If you just cover a small part of your lawn with a weed fabric sheet, you can grow pumpkins and tomatoes .... Important, give the plants organic fertilizer or plenty of chicken manure, then everything will grow quite well and you have not so a lot of work. With you in Panama all goes crazy and it doesn't seem like the world is going to normalize anytime soon. All the best for you. Love from Switzerland.
A donkey or mini horse can help with a cart for food to haul and it does not run a gas. Either animal can give manure for the garden, a wagon to pull or a mountain bike. Ben watching for a while and Trent and Allie they have Leo, and you all have Sadie. Love the fact you all are coming up with plans to survive and how to deal with what is going on. Stay safe Blessings.
We came really close to buying property to retire near Boquete after visiting a few years ago. Our one inhibition was seeing our grandchildren back in the states. But there is no better coffee! I recognize a few places in your video. Such a beautiful place. Nothing like the rainy season! 🙂
My grandfather helped build Panama back in the early 1900's. He showed me pictures of the canal being built also when he was alive. I'm worried for your safety but yet 20% of people there are Americans. God be with you and that Angel God gave you named Sadie.
Best q&a I've ever seen, ND a neat walk for supplies. Thanks for sharing.
Love your youth, your dreams, your goals! You remind us of what living life as an adventure is all about! Kudos!
that was great when you yelled WE MADE IT and an owl answered back.
Oh, that baby is beautiful. Great, positive attitude kids, and good luck on the coffee venture.
Get a cart. You can also put the baby in but a get a small light weight cart. Skip the stroller. Couple of towels around the baby to cushion her & take turns pulling the csrt. Wood or metal. You could even allow 1/4 inch strips for rain drainage.
Looks so beautiful there. Thanks for taking us along on your walk.
Such a pleasant channel to come across. You guys are awesome. Love the teamwork ethic and how you guys always lift one another up. Blessings and safely I pray for you both and little Sadie.
Wow, I just discovered your channel and I subscribed and liked your video. You three are amazing. I look forward to watching all your adventures...brave souls.
Sending love, a grandmother in Oregon
I only found them tonight. (Sunday). They are such a treat ! I am going back and watch their first videos.
An old Meema in Florida.
I'm a motor head at heart. Idk if you guys know how to make alcohol, but you seem extremely handy around the house and such so here is a bit of advice, if you have a carburetor driven generator/motorcycle/car/truck/tractor.
A gasoline engine will run on alcohol or alcohol mix (you can mix alcohol in to stretch the gas out further if you set yourself a formula and stick to it). You'll need richer carburetor jets, or to richen your mixture via the carburetor. Idle mixture adjusting screw should cover you. You'll need to make up your mixture and then start the engine up and then fine tune it richer to run more smoothly on the new mixture. But yes it's absolutely true. Then you can cover your own fuel needs so long as you have fruits to ferment and time.
Not a bad idea to fire up and get going while you can.
God bless you guys.
Also, always turn fuel OFF then run carb dry before letting it sit more than a day or two.
Oh and plant nut trees takes few years then can harvest.
U can go without shampoo also. Your hair adjusts after a while.
Watch homesteading with Doug and Stacy on storage and composted toilet etc.
God bless
Yet another happy video. with all the things you have going on it's lovely to watch you both laugh your way through them, and Adie was doing a great job of holding the umbrella and keeping you dry. Stay Safe, Hugs UK
Should have read Sadie, Whoops!
I was there in the Army 1978- 1980 . We used to walk so much, most of it thru the jungle. No Umbrella or poncho, our jungle fatigues would be dry in twenty minutes or less. Jungle boots are good to have too! Have you thought of bicycles? They're shutting down oil and project the end of internal combustion engines by 2030.
We used to cross the isthmus in the Canal Zone. Plenty of subsistence farmers out there you can learn from. Maybe you can trade skills.
Happy I found your channel. Those were some really fun years, 17- 19 years old in an Airborne Infantry Company. Moatengators, Raah🐊
You are right that the US has its share of crazy. Doesn't Rodrigo have a bike, though? $20 worth of gas would go a long way. Thanks for taking us on your hike. It looked like a nice way to spend a day!
Time for some bikes with baskets. I love that you do what you have to do to create the dream life you're living.
I think all my adult life I have carried my groceries home. Whether it is just a 15 minute walk or two trains and a boat ride as well. It makes you seriously consider every purchase and makes you really want to grow the heavy stuff yourself!
You guys are enjoying living, and it is inspiring to watch all the way from Thailand. Take care and be safe!
I feel the Jeep pain! And if it didn’t leak, it’s not a Jeep. That’s why they put drain plugs in the floor lol.
So glad you guys are able to get some supplies by foot. This has really made me think about how we would do similar if we couldn’t get gas. It was eye opening.
😘
I loved that trip today. Count your blessings that you are both so strong and able to walk. It truly is a blessing. You spread such joy around in your daily life and to all your viewers. Your way of handling challenges is inspiring
Just received 2 bags of your coffee. I must say it taste's absolutely wonderful. Thank you so much, I will be enjoying a cup in just a few minutes. Keep up the great job, to every body on your team.
Love you guys! Your infectious positivity and pursuit of a self-reliant lifestyle brings me joy 😊❤ keep safe! Us Canucks look forward to your future adventures!
Really fun, and well done getting back up the hill. Great energy. Look forward to see more of your projects 🙂🙏
