@@MarshallAcostaIt’s the Joker. He literally drops down a dead henchmen who was a failed Titan experiment victim if you get close to the drain pipe. I mean, I guess you can ask the question why Batman doesn’t just climb it and get the Joker, but that’s definitely Mark Hamill’s voice regardless.
I don’t know guys I’m not convinced.. joker throughout the games has never dabbled with potions. I think there’d be a bit more to the titan formula than a few colours. Let me relisten to it again.
