This is truly a wretched performance by Shaffer. I feel bad for the talent that he recruited for this truly awful song. What is even inexplicable is even the instrumental part is terrible. Schaeffer is a great keyboardist and bandleader, he's proven that over the years, but he is not the best songwriter and he absolutely can't sing (or rap!). It might have almost worked if he had focused on what he is good at, but he pretty much ruined it.
You obviously don't recognize who these rappers are. Will Smith has already been a huge star for decades not only in the music world but also television and movies. They're ALL great, each in their own way.
