Recipe :
Potatoes - 5 pcs.
Mozzarella cheese - 50 g
Milk - 50 ml
Salt - 1 tsp.
Pepper - 1 tsp.
Cook until done
Minced meat - 500 g
Onion - 1 piece
Eggs - 2 pcs
Garlic - 2 cloves
Salt/pepper/Italian herbs/paprika
Bake in the oven for 30-36 minutes at 180°C
Butter - 30 g
Wheat flour - 2 tbsp.
Milk - 500 ml
Salt - 1 tsp.
Pepper - 1 tsp.
Cook over low heat until thickened.
Recipe 2:

Dill / coriander
Egg - 1 piece
Oregano - 1 tsp.
Mix well.
Salt - 1 tsp.
Paprika - 1 tsp.
Cheese - 150g
Pepper - to taste
Leave the minced meat in the freezer for 2 hours
Egg - 2 pcs
Milk - 150 ml
Flour - 100 g
Vegetable oil for frying.
Fry for 4 minutes on each side
Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes
